For senior members in CAP, there are several specialty tracks to focus your training based on your interests. Senior Members are able to pick up to five specialty tracks and begin training and working with a mentor in the squadron. These specialty tracks align with specific duty assignments (or jobs) at the squadron level and have three different levels of expertise: technician, master, and senior level. Specialty tracks are flexible and can be changed at any time.
Most specialty tracks follow of “on-the-job” training concept utilizing specialty track study guides available on the CAP National HQ Website. In the list, look for “Specialty Track Study Guide” in the name.
