Opening Formation

The command for “Fall in!” will be given. Cadets and senior members fall in into separate columns on each side of the room, coming to attention.

The highest ranking senior member and cadet will report to Commander or Deputy Commander, stating “All (senior members or cadets) present and accounted for, sir!”

Commander: “At ease!”

Commander: “Good evening Tri-City Composite Squadron!”

Everyone: Come to attention. “Good evening sir!”

Commander: “How are we doing tonight?”

Everyone: “Outstanding, sir!”

Commander: “OUTSTANDING!”

Commander will allow a cadet or senior to lead reciting the Pledge of Allegiance.

After the Pledge of Allegiance, the cadets will recite the Cadet Oath, by memory if possible. A cadet should volunteer to lead the recitation, and do so loudly and in unison with the rest of the cadets.

After the Cadet Oath, Commander will go over the meeting’s agenda, then call to fall out for the next activity.

Closing Formation

Closing formation is similar opening formation.

Senior members and cadets form into columns on each side of the room, and report to the Commander or Deputy Commander, stating “All (senior members or cadets) present and accounted for, sir!”

Commander: “At ease!”

Commander will give final annoucements, and ask for any remaining questions, comments, concerns.

Commander will then dismiss the cadets and senior members.
