1. Phone reports ate always due 2 days before a meeting and activity.
2. Be ready to take charge of the cadets at any time.
3. No prospective cadets will be alone during a meeting night. When new cadet prospects come to a meeting, they must be assigned to an cadet officer, or the cadet that invited them.
